Now Employer B has filed the Transfer petition which was approved in Dec 15th 2019 for next 30 months starting Dec 1st 2019 -Out of Status for H1B Visa : If you engage in unauthorized employment outside of your H1B employer or if you in consulting engagements and not paid by your employer in regular payroll during bench period.
