Mar 1, 2023 · The answer is yes; it is possible to fail the NCLEX in 75 questions, although it's also possible to pass the same number of questions. This is because the exam is designed to be adaptive, so the number of questions you receive is not indicative of whether you are passing or failing (Read also: Signs you failed the NCLEX ). The title says it all, I failed miserably the first time i took nclex with 75 questions, whats funny is that I thought I rocked it. (BTW: I had like 15 SATAS, 2 calculations, 2 cardiac strips, 3 Drag and drop, few pharm, few prioritizing and delegation so I thought I was doing good). Tried to the pearson vue trick=fail.

Jun 26, 2014 · The first time I took my NCLEX I also failed with 75 q's. I know for sure I bombed it. I cried for one day and I rest for a week before studying again. I used Saunders 6th ed. After 2 months I took the test for the second time, computer shut off at 75 q's again. After 48 hours I found out I passed.
