Same issue, I've found both folders. Steam: C:\Users\USER\AppData\Roaming\HelloGames\NMS. XGP: C:\Users\USER\AppData\Local\Packages\HelloGames.NoMansSky_bs190hzg1sesy\SystemAppData\wgs.
