At the Bedford County Humane Society in Pennsylvania, an adorable shelter pooch, still waiting for his perfect home, decided to have a party one night late last week. Someone at the shelter had not secured the latch on his kennel, and Gilligan, the Labrador retriever mix, managed to wiggle and scrunch up his wiggly little body and squeeze out.Our Spay Days Program. Spay Days is a low-cost spay/neuter program designed to offer financial support for loving, responsible pet owners can’t afford the entire cost of surgery.
